Our staff is proud to congratulate, our own, Dr. Thomas R. Phillips on his successful completion of his two year pursuit to become a Fellow in the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry! Dr. Phillips is one of only five distinguished veterinarians in all of New York State to earn this degree!
