"Gracie" Minkin
The name Grace means divine love and protection given by
God. Gracie, our faithful Akita, was cherished for 12 years
until her death in February 2001. Yet, it seems we have been
twice blessed with Grace. Just 5 days after Gracie departed
this earth, God sent us another blessing...a Vietnamese infant
in need of a family. And, so we call her Gracie to honor the
memory of a noble companion who truly was a gift from God.
