Becoming a veterinarian was the culmination of a lifelong dream for me! As an animal-crazy eight-year-old, I remember taking my dog to the vet and thinking, “This is for me!” The desire never waned through the years, bringing me to Cornell University where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and my DVM from the NYS College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell in 1988.
I’ve had the privilege of working at Nassau Veterinary Clinic since 1988. Married to my husband Randie since 1991, we raised our two wonderful sons, Eric and Daniel, in the Nassau community.
When I’m not at work, my focus is on family and friends, as well as spending time with my own pets! I enjoy music, playing my fiddle, cycling, hiking, gardening and cross-country skiing. I am grateful for all of the opportunities that Nassau Veterinary Clinic has offered to me, and for the excellent clients and wonderful pets I’ve come to know and love over the years!
