I knew I wanted to work with animals since I was 5 years old. I graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2001 with a double bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Psychology. I then received my veterinary technology degree from SUNY Delhi in 2004. I worked at a couple of different veterinary clinics and also interned at the Syracuse Zoo for a couple of summers during my years at Oswego.
I have been working as a licensed veterinary technician at Nassau Vet for almost 20 years (since 2004) and now have the pleasure of being the Practice Manager and lead technician at the clinic.
I have a husband and 2 children who keep me very busy when I am not at work, along with my lab mix named Mason, a cat named Russo, and a guinea pig named Twix. I enjoy anything outside, including camping, hiking, and cheering on my kids at their sporting events.
